Make McNair co-mvp and sleep at night?? Peyton Manning is the best player in the NFL right now without a doubt.

I MUST agree with the first part of that MCNAIR is MARTYR that gets so much attention for being injured or hurt all the time. Peyton looks great at Home, on the road it will be different. You will see that frowny, whiny 13year old attitude come back. Indy is one of the last places with the old turf, and Peyton can burn that field up. Things will slow down next week

I think also because McNair has seemingly less weapons to work with them Peyton does. He also has the heart of a winner, ie playing hurt. And in crunch time, he knows how to get it done. I think they both deserve it, but it may be based on different reasons which probably in the end equates to the same thing. Wins.

Well, noone ever handed Barry Sanders the MVP trophey out of pity. If they gave McNair MVP out of pity then Barry should have gotten it 10 times over.
